Simon is the Chief Operating Officer of Saltagen Ventures and Fairchild Capital Management Limited, the investment arm of Canada-based Fairchild Group with portfolio covering property development, media broadcasting, retail franchising, food & beverage and education. He leads the strategic innovation initiatives for the Fairchild Group.

Prior to joining the Fairchild Group, Simon worked for 10 years at PCCW Limited, the leading telecom operator in Hong Kong, where his last role was the Senior Vice President, International Business of PCCW Media Limited. He has more than 22 years’ experience in the sectors of Media, Telecommunication, Content Management, Sports Marketing and International Business Development.
